We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your Website. PAYMENTS

Dreamwing® will start work on your costume only after registered payment.
The payment for the order can be split in two parts and the first partial payment must be minimum of 50% of the order amount.
Payments (including VAT) are made by: bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union, Swish, Revolut.
The shipping fees are to be paid additionally to the order and are not inclusive in the costume price.
The full payment for the costume inclusive the shipping fees has to be made before shipping of the goods.
In case of non-payment we will postpone the shipping until the payment has been registered.

SHIPPING

Dreamwing® is not responsible for any delays occurring from delayed payment nor from delays caused by shipping companies / customs.

RETURNS
We provide live video meeting for measuring if necessary, and give you all the possible descriptions so there are no mistakes with the measurements.

No returns are allowed.

In the case of personalised products made to measure, in accordance with current EU law, these products cannot be returned.
The customer is responsible for the measurements, and for any problems arising from incorrect sizing by wrong measuring.
In the case of a manufacturing defect - for example rips of seams, stains, these problems can be fixed without extra payment upon your request.
If this occurs, the claim must be made in time of 7 days, and ONLY to our email address (info@dreamwing.eu)
Once 7 days have passed - no complaint claim will be accepted.

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
Once the order is accepted and confirmed by e-mail and/or payment have been made, it is not possible anymore to cancel the order. In the moment of order confirmation the production of the order begins (drawing design for example).

If despite that the client still wants the cancellation, the payment will be withheld, to cover the costs which the order already caused.

Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.
The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.

As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
