4. Delivery Times
All delivery times provided by Dreamwing® are estimates only and serve as guidance. Each costume is individually designed and handcrafted.
Such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.
Competition dates, events, or travel plans do not constitute guaranteed delivery deadlines unless explicitly confirmed in writing by Dreamwing®.

6. Returns & Defects
All Dreamwing® costumes are individually designed and handcrafted as custom-made, made-to-measure products.
In accordance with applicable EU consumer law, personalized products made to the client’s specifications are excluded from the right of return.
If a manufacturing defect is identified (e.g. seam damage, visible stains, construction faults), Dreamwing® will correct the issue at no additional cost.
Normal wear, competition use, fabric friction, incorrect handling, or damage caused after delivery do not qualify as manufacturing defects.
Dyed, Painted & Airbrushed Costumes
Due to the nature of hand-dyed fabrics and airbrushed designs, Dreamwing® cannot guarantee long-term durability. Longevity depends on fabric type, friction, usage intensity, and environmental factors beyond our control.
Variations or wear resulting from these factors do not constitute a defect.
Costume Care & Handling
Dreamwing® costumes are handcrafted couture pieces and must be handled with care. Proper handling is essential to preserve materials, construction, and surface finishes.
Damage resulting from improper handling, washing, or care does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
7. Sketch vs. Final Product
Sketches are artistic visualizations and not technical renderings. Variations in color, shading, proportions, and detailing may occur during production.
Such variations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for complaints.
8. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been confirmed and/or payment has been made, cancellation is not possible.
If cancellation is requested regardless, all paid amounts including the booking fee are forfeited to cover incurred costs. Due to the custom-made nature of our work and the immediate allocation of design time, planning, and production resources, all payments made — including the booking fee — are non-refundable.
9. Intellectual Property & Design Rights
All designs, sketches, illustrations, technical drawings, visualizations, concepts, images and other creative works created by Dreamwing® remain the exclusive intellectual property of Dreamwing® unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The purchase of a Dreamwing® garment grants the client the right to use the finished garment only. No copyright, design rights, intellectual property rights or ownership of the design are transferred to the client.
Dreamwing® designs, sketches and concepts may not be reproduced, copied, modified, shared with third parties, manufactured by another dressmaker or designer, or otherwise used for production purposes without prior written permission from Dreamwing®.
Inspiration boards, sketches, design concepts and visual presentations provided during the design process remain the property of Dreamwing®, regardless of whether the project is completed, cancelled or discontinued.
The booking fee covers reservation of a production slot, design development, administrative work and project preparation. Once design work has commenced, the booking fee becomes non-refundable.
The booking fee does not include the purchase, transfer or licensing of any copyright, design rights or intellectual property rights related to the designs created by Dreamwing®.
If Dreamwing®, at its sole discretion, decides to discontinue a project and voluntarily refunds the booking fee, design fee or reservation fee, this shall not be interpreted as a transfer of any rights to the client.
In such cases, all sketches, concepts, illustrations, design proposals and other creative works remain the exclusive intellectual property of Dreamwing®.
The client receives no ownership, usage, reproduction, manufacturing or distribution rights to any designs, regardless of whether a refund has been issued. Refunds issued by Dreamwing® shall be considered a goodwill gesture only and do not constitute the purchase, transfer or licensing of any intellectual property rights.
Any use, reproduction, sharing with third parties, modification, upload or submission of Dreamwing® designs, sketches, concept boards, presentations or other design work to AI systems, AI image generators, machine learning platforms or similar tools, or production based on Dreamwing® designs, remains strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Dreamwing®.Client-generated modifications, redrawings, AI-generated variations or derivative versions of Dreamwing® designs are considered modifications of protected intellectual property and require prior written permission from Dreamwing®.
